Its almost 20+years ago when my parents first took me and since then this has not been remebered. Everytime when we are back in HK we have too much other good food and new restaurants to try and we almost forgot about this one! Well this time my GF took me there so I can once again recall those good taste from old timesWe came just before Xmas eve as this place was fully booked on the red dates.We started with ox tail soup, this was yummy quite thick and lots of meat! We started with ox tail soup, this was yummy quite thick and lots of meat! The main courwse I ordered braised Ox-tongue with spaghetti, our old time favourite and it was large enough for the few of us to share! Mom ordered Smoked Promfret cooked just right and taste well even without the dressing on the side, she could not even finish the side dishes; my little bro ordered the roasted pigeon it taste so good even without needing to dip with the sauce! My dad ordered the Swiss sauce chicken wing set and the sauce was good not too sweet nor salty and it goes well with rice!
For desert we ordered the souffle! I am not exaggerating but it was huge and its so mouthful and I ate my dad's share as he cannot take up too much sweet things!
I was amazed when the couple next to our table finished the whole thing just the two of them! , anyone comes here must not miss this!
