Kennedy Town has been transformed into a busy neighbourhood ever since the MTR opened, sadly!
Amongst the many restaurants in the area which are over-hyped yet tasteless, is this hidden gem, 42nd-Davis. The meatball spaghetti is absolutely amazing! It would have well be served at one of those pretentious, overcharged Michelin endorsed restaurants in Central and the difference at 42nd-Davis is that
it’s cheaper and tastes much better, a stark contradiction and an extinction these days in the ever so competitive restaurant scene in Hong Kong. Chief Roy (owner)/Manager Emma are super friendly people. If you are yearning for comfort food or just wanna try out food that are made with the heart, this is the place! I would also recommend the sole-fish with risotto!
