To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ordering and wait time (placed order at 18:05)

This must be the shortest waiting time (3 mins) I have ever experienced so far, even Mcdonald's in Whampoa takes longer in the same rush hours. I actually had to walk faster to get the food because I did not expect the order could be processed so fast! Maybe it is a simple dish with easily cooked meat slices and the kitchen is simply very efficient. And there weren't many customers inside, so I guess that's why.
The food...

I suspected that the food was already prepared and it might be cold, but it wasn't. At least it didn't taste like it was prepared well in advance. Because....it taste so.....SWEET!!! Thanks to the sauce!!! If you are a "sweet" guy/ gal, this may be a go-to-dish for you. BUT, you also need to love having 50% fat in the meat. I think it is the 牛胸腹 portion just contains more fat, I am not an expert, but the cow definitely needed more exercise. Well... too late now.... I chewed many fat out of the meat, but I did not wanted to show you photo of those fat because simply it is unsightly.
There is seaweed underneath the beef, and as everyone would expect, they are soggy. O well... they also has a small container with soysauce? for your to mix with the rice, I only poured 1/3 of it to mix with the rice because I was afraid the meat already has a strong taste itself. The can of coca cola wasn't cold at all. I guess that's a "good" thing so the rice won't get too cold too fast and you can put that can into the fridge and drink something else if you live nearby (like me).

For $72, I personally would not order this dish again, not that this dish isn't tasty or anything, just not my type. Others might well find it their favourite. I am looking forward to try their 溫泉玉子蒜香牛肉飯 next.

+$2 for utensils
For environmental benefit, +$2 definitely discouraged me to get them from the restaurant. But not so good for people who simply want to eat out in countryparks. As I said, I live nearby, I do not mind using my own at home. I "got used to" washing dishes, since my girlfriend is not the dish washing type. *sigh...

There is no particular problem since I was just there to pick up food, the guy who handed me the food appeared polite. Well, other sit-in customers might have other things to say.
