We only had time for a quick meal and were happily directed by the staff to a few signature dishes from their extensive menu. First up, slow-cooked pork knuckle. To round out the meal, we got a simple veggie dish of choy sum fried with dried scallop. As expected, greens nicely tossed in the wok with enough sauce and not too salty. *apologies no image

The dishes were served promptly and all together, which would make this a great lunch spot too. Looking forward to our next visit!!
