This Michelin recommended resto had always been on my list and toh I've almost forgotten about it. It gives out hints of pesto with fresh cherry tomatoes and a good portion of Burrata. Burrata is slightly on the harder side but still creamy.
• Fettuccine with Tiger Prawn and Cauliflower It's a vibrant dish with juicy and plump prawns.
Fettuccine is cooked to al dente with each strand lovingly coated in luscious seafood sauce.
• Pan-fried Red Snapper Risotto
The fish skin is crisped to perfection. Each rice grain is evenly infused with seafood broth. Just very comforting!
• Earl Grey Chocolate
It's a good combo - but I think the earl grey is too subtle and somehow overpowered by the taste of choc and cream.
• Hojicha cheesecake
It's a decent dessert but not that remarkable.
