So after posting some very harsh reviews of the Flying Pig Bistro and vowing never to return, the owner reached out and convinced me to give the place another try.  I asked a friend to join me for lunch as my wife did not want to go back.  My friend and I started with some potato and cheese pierogies which were surprisingly very good as well as wild mushroom and sauerkraut pierogies which were excellent.  These came with sides which included crispy bacon and sauteed onions which added a nice texture to the dishes.  For mains, my friend had the honey-glazed salmon which was a little dry but not bad and I had the pan-seared sea bass which was quite good.  I enjoyed the combination of the sea bass and its skin with the mashed potatoes and green beans.  I will try to convince my wife to go back so that I can try more items from the Polish section of the menu.
