Hidden away on an obscure street in Shek Tong Tsui is Artisan Garden Cafe, a second opening after the first at Tin Hau. It consists of a patio and a wall of Fire-King antique cup collection, relaxing and cozy vibe; offering plentiful food such as salad, all-day breakfast, grilled cheese and pasta dishes.

A feature is the buttermilk fried chicken with waffle. The buttermilk marinate is terrific which keeps the chicken thigh well seasoned, juicy and crunchy perfection.
The grilled sandwich is made with two thick toasts that look evenly golden-brown, stuffed with gooey and oozey double cheddar and sliced avocado. It is ever-so-slightly too filling but definitely worth a try!

So, we've learnt and tasted so many great burgers in town, what is so special about a burger from a non-burger joint? Artisan's burger is so unexpectedly delicious! Surprising us with a succulent beef patty, with everything like crispy bacon, fried egg and avocado, not to mention the excellent caramelized onion. The side order fries are thick-cut comes with aioli and ketchup.

A sweet finish would be strawberry waffle sandwich; a scoop of real good vanilla ice cream made with Genuine Madagascar vanilla beans and natural ingredients by Milk Top from Hokkaido, homemade strawberry compote and tangy plain yogurt to balance sweetness.

While they do a lovely fresh lemonade squash, the Australian-style coffee shop also pays detailed attention to their coffees. From signature caffe americano, piccolo latte, French press cafe au lait to even cold drip coffee, everything you can think of is true. The flat white we tried is impressive!
