This was a lunch with good friend long long time ago at Wanchai Berliner. Of course we picked the German beer to start with, and surprisingly the black one bits the yellow with it's stronger flavor of wheat.A cold cut platter, a not too bad starter especially for summer time!Smoked salmon and rocket pizza. German sausage platter, a must try item every time when I come to Berliner. It went well with the beer and I loved the juicy texture of the sausage mixed with the sour cabbage. Gorgeous !
Last but not least was the sweet item. Baked apple pie with vanilla ice-cream. I loved the strong cinnamon flavor which is a forever perfect match with applesss.
