去年的除夕前夜,好不容易約了很久沒見的大學同學聚集舊,難得大夥兒食飯,當然要找一家適合談天的餐廳。最後選址位於灣仔W tower 內的Berliner,既寧靜又非常方便。碰巧看到星期一至五主菜有 buy 1 get 1 free 的優惠,便毫不猶疑訂位,對於人多胃口又大的伙兒,這個優惠來得非常合時。 幾經討論下,我們點了以下菜式: 德式豬手$128 特選德式凍肉併盤配釅制芝士.德式芝士醬及麵包$172 炸馬鈴薯伴軟芝士及火腿$94 煙三文魚水瓜柳脆博餅$142打頭陣的是德國豬手,非常大份,外皮烤成漂亮的金黃色,一切下去聽到清脆的卜卜聲。由於豬皮很厚,烤完之後變得很硬,肉質卻很嫩,呈粉紅色而且一點也不干,還有不少水分,吃下去是外脆內嫩。傍邊還有酸菜伴碟,跟豬手一起吃非常夾,令豬手吃下去沒有那麼膩。 至於凍肉併盤,賣相相當吸引,大大碟之餘凍肉排得整整齊齊,凍肉有四種,非常新鮮沒有騷味,可以跟旁邊的包一起吃,碟的左右還有一樽沙律和一樽凍芝士醬,凍芝士醬裡面有很多非常大粒的芝士cube,芝士也有不同種類,毫不吝嗇,夾著麵包和一片凍肉一起吃實在無得彈。這個是我最喜愛的菜式。炸馬鈴薯伴軟芝士及火腿是這晚最不出眾的菜式,不過不失,炸馬鈴薯沒有特別,普通炸物一碟 , 伴有火腿和芝士一起吃。烟三文鱼水瓜柳脆博饼不错,平底薄而脆,将至香口,烟三文鱼是厚切。總括來說這裡如果有主菜買一送一優惠,或是想吃德式肉類菜式例如炸豬手,凍肉併盤,德式香腸等等,這裡是一個好選擇,但其他西式菜式就很普通。 continue reading

看到Beerliner有主菜買一送一的優惠券,又記得友人說想吃特別一點的歐洲菜,便想到在這兒為友人慶祝生日。本來也想過買生日蛋糕的,但致電詢問過有切餅費,反而幫襯他們的甜品可以免費寫字及有蠟燭,便乾脆預訂一個生日甜品好了。因為已用Tablemap訂座,所以不用等位便可以入去,而且還是自成一國的卡位。先看看餐牌,能選擇的款式都不少。小食,沙律,主菜,Pizza,德式香腸豬手,甜品都有。雖然這兒也出名賣外國入口的啤酒,但我們還是選了兩杯特色飲品就算了:這杯Hula Hoop的雜果味很濃,奶味也重,近乎milk shake的味道。因為材料多,所以真的不是很"水"。味道是一流的。這杯有酒精的飲品,酒精也多,但因為有少許青檸味,口感很清爽,沒有雞尾酒那麼甜,所以入口有種像long Island那種先清涼,然後才有酒的甘醇。先來沙律:如Menu的樣子砌出來的,實物幾近如圖所示,不得不讚下廚房的出品。沙律菜很新鮮,火腿是正常味道。驚喜的反而是那兩條荀很爽脆。應該是如滾水烚熟後再雪凍的,咬下去比起一般見到的沙律爽。主菜來了,是該店鎮店的兩大台柱:豬手和香腸拼盤:這麼大隻的豬手,當然不會要求食客自己諗掂佢。服務生會替食客用刀叉拆開這隻豬手。不過服務生也很貼心(還是因為撞過板?),先詢問食客要否影相,然後才會切開。外皮超級香脆。切下去是感到很難切的,因為浪子想再切細這隻豬手,卻發覺皮是十分厚,切下去並不容易。但咬去下卻是脆的,而且燒過後的皮下的油脂,十分juicy。豬肉切下去像煲湯豬肉,很稔。但是咬下去卻很嫩口,豬肉味十足。德國香腸拼盤的份量是大堆頭的。大腸和小腸各有三四條,足夠四至六人分享。香腸外皮很脆,內裡卻保留著烤的熱度。配上薯仔和酸菜,分明是一道配啤酒的好物。主菜之後,示意服務生送上生日甜品。上台時,服務生還會加句生日快樂,令人倍感親切。這個甜品除了外表美觀,味道也出奇地好。上層是雪糕和Cumble的甜脆外皮,下層是像流心的藍莓果肉果醬。因為是煎Pan上的關係,熱度覆蓋裡裡外外。該店裝璜甚有特色,而且檯與檯之間後寬闊,有一定的私人空間傾計。服務生的服務很好,笑容,勤快,主動。這真是難得的一次體驗。結帳$811。價錢和食物質素,浪子覺得是很抵食的。因為有OpenRice的買一送一電子優惠券,折扣後才不過$5XX。由抵食變成了超值。友人曾在德國住國一段日子,他也笑言這兒的德國菜比起在德國吃的還德國。可能是客套美言,但這兒的質素也可見一斑。 continue reading

跟大學要好的同學有一陣子沒聚過,其中一個在郡組中提議碰個面,大家就馬上說好。.因為約得太臨時而且是Happy Friday,很多餐廳都full booking了,但這一間說還有位子,我們就馬上決定去這間。.坐下沒多久,有職員提供了三款德國生啤嘗一嘗,分別是Holsten Pilsener、Erdinger Weissbier及Erdenger Dunkel。.因為來到德國菜餐廳,當然少不了德國豬手,所以啤酒方面聽了職員介紹選了Erdinger Weissbier來配豬手,麥味較重,跟豬手真的很配。.啤酒來到不久後,秘製德國鹹豬手也來到了。中間的豬骨是很大塊,所以份量感覺少了一點。但外皮非常香脆香口,吃到「卜卜聲」。豬肉夠嫩滑,很易就咬開,不過味道略嫌咸了一點,但配以啤酒來吃也算是挺好的。而伴菜的薯蓉及酸菜亦算是中規中矩。.另一個點了柏林風味蕃茄咖哩肉腸配薯條,這個份量少得有點過份,只有兩條肉腸及薯條。而吃下去肉腸亦不覺得有過人之處,跟平常的德國香腸差不多,所以對於這一道真的失望。 .最後來的是秘製法國燒春雞,本想點德國香腸檸檬燒雞,但看到有另一款燒雞做推廣,就選了它。原隻送上,從外觀看來不錯,而職員亦貼心地提供了膠手套,方便進食。雞肉再嫩滑一點會更佳,而味道方面也算是不錯。.總括而言,餐廳的服務很好,職員會主動上前提出建議,也在幫忙拍照時提點一下食物擺放的地方以令相片更好看。可是食物的份量有點少,特別是德國香腸的類別。而食物質素方面,其招牌菜豬手無疑是做得很好,但其他食物質素中規中矩,未見特別優勝之處,若亦能做出豬手的水準會更好。 continue reading

表弟放暑假,係英國番香港 !! 今日阿姨約左我地聚一聚 !! 選左呢間...其實呢間上次黎食過都係一般...唔知點解都係要選呢間...唉...呢個杯好靚呀 !! 但入面係雪碧黎 ~~ 哈哈 !!呢杯係我既蘋果酒 !! 正呀 ~~ 我好耐冇去德國喇 !! 相當掛住 !! 雖然知道香港有...但唔會去買 !! 哈哈 ~~呢個係媽媽點既德國手工啤 ~ 媽媽話幾好 !! 佢唔 LIKE 甜既 ~~ 所以侍應姐姐介紹佢飲呢個 !!呢杯係 PINK SUMMER...男友話勁難飲...哈哈 !! 味道好怪喎 !!呢兩杯我已經唔記得係乜黎...SORRY !! 哈哈 ~~呢個係 CHIEF SALAD,冇醬汁架...咁...都冇問題既 ~~ 哈 !! 我覺得入面最好食就係芝士喇 !! 咸香度好夠 !! 亦唔咸 !! 空口都食到好多條架 !! 哈哈 ~~呢個係做緊優惠既燒春雞,味道...好淡 !! 我男友話最正就係果粒...蕃茄...我超O咀...呢個燒豬手...應該係全晚最快清架喇...個皮係燒得好脆 !! 味道都唔錯...我個人認為佢既配菜都好好味 !! 有酸椰菜同埋薯蓉 !! 呢兩樣野都真係唔夠分 !! 哈哈 ~~呢個腸盤...好滯下...最粗果幾條係芝士腸...勁滯...其他分黎食都 OK !! 我記得呢個最後係有食剩架...雖然食剩左...但...表弟想食意粉...最後都有叫呢個和牛醬燴意粉 !! 味道我食左D !! 唔錯既...但個牛肉...勁痴牙 !! 哈哈 ~ continue reading
