同朋友每次都會揀各自想去嘅餐廳為自己慶生。· Welcome Champagne· Bread好隆重其事,會推餐車喺你面前,簡單介紹提供嘅3款唔同年份嘅黑醋,12、25、50年,酸味有唔同,但我覺得分別唔算好大。· Blue Fin Tuna Tartare吞拿魚他他搭配海膽同魚子醬,吞拿魚肥美,海膽鮮甜。· Tuna Otoro Carpaccio 配搭橄欖油同檸檬汁,開胃,但吞拿魚切得太薄,口感欠奉,但味道唔差的。· Mussels食咗幾隻,有陣腥味🤔應該未煮時青口已變壞,最後職員願意重新再煮一碟,味道差好遠,不過青口有啲細隻,冇記錯好似係1kg嘅份量。· Rigatoni Pesto Pistacchio & Sicilian Red Prawns見到開心果做pasta材料覺得好特別,食落開心果味道唔算濃,但碎粒增加咗口感。· Limoncello最後完結用膳時,會送上一杯檸檬酒,唔好飲,好奇怪🥲職員態度,餐廳環境加分,但食物味道就不過不失,不算太突出。
