Pan Fried Pork Chop Tuscan Style ($390)
果然系佢哋嘅signature 利用豬背部嫩滑無筋嘅豬鞍位置
煎出黎切開嘅豬扒呈粉色 有肉汁而且肉味濃
可以食到煎完完全唔老嘅豬扒係好難得😍
雖然側邊嘅蔬菜味道較為淡
但簡單烹調方法先可以帶出新鮮蔬菜嘅原汁原味☘️
