Then the duck liver. This is the dish that I really enjoy. It’s not goose liver but still filled with aroma. Frying it hot allow the chef to remove excessive oil from it. The best version of it is when it has crispy skin and soft in the inside. The toast is a wonderful match too.

They placed a piece of toast under the fried food. It’s not for eating, it’s used to absorb the excessive oil from teppanyaki.

Japanese cooking is state of art. It give you visual enjoyment as well. They make clams soup with aluminium foil on the teppanyaki. The chef spray liquor over it to light the fire.

After enjoying the food. They will serve coffee or tea in another cubicle. The light is dim in this room. So you can have a bit of chatting in a relaxing environment.
