傳說中香港最好的意大利菜館-Sabatini，老實說，如果單從食物來說，有點名過其實，幸好良好的服務可加一點分數。由於lunch仍然懸浮在胃，所以我們只點了兩道菜餚-Langhirano ham配哈蜜瓜和Risotto。Welcome bread有4、5款，很有驚喜，麵包入口先脆後軟，單食，或沾上乾橄欖、蕃乾及芥辣也是滋味無窮。頭盤Langhirano ham配哈蜜瓜，薄薄火腿配以清新的哈蜜瓜，火腿鹹香度適中，哈蜜瓜非常清甜，不錯的開胃之選。Risotto以大蝦為主，light creamy質地，中上水準，但如果說是香港最好，卻有點名過其實，最少我認為Simply life的Risotto不比Sabatini相距很遠。主菜之後，接下來還有甜品作結尾，甜品是朋友一早訂了的Green Tea Opera，有駐場Live band唱生日歌，可惜的是，只唱了一首，Live band便說要take a rest，之後便隨即消失了，害得一心想著要點唱"情人"的朋友好不失望! 所以提醒大家，下次點唱要在"take a rest"之前，大約9:00pm左右!是日最令人滿意的是服務，生日牌、candle

是日最令人滿意的是服務，生日牌、candle、服務生都會適時出現，如果說Sabatini是全港最好，那麼，服務可佔當中的80%，是唯一令人覺得值回票價的地方，食物畢竟只可說是不過不失!

但我們都覺得這頓生日飯食得很盡興，唯一的遺憾當然是那首消失了的"情人"啦!
