榮園麵家 was once a very old noodle shop found in an alley. It was always busy regardless of the service and the dust that flew around you. Boyfriend had the braised beef brisket with beef tendon noodles. The beef was soft and tender and packed with flavor. The tendon was great. Very soft and smooth.

I had the wonton with fish balls. The fish balls had a strong fish taste though very soggy in texture. The wontons were ok though the pork meat was a bit dry.

Food was ok. It wasn't amazing enough for me to purposely come to Mong Kok to have noodles as I get some pretty decent ones near where I live. But I guess it's fine if I wanted something simple if in the area.
