FOOD - Living in Hong Kong for so many years means I have developed a 'standard' taste for western cusines, meaning when I see a dish, my brain would auto assume its taste. I am not good with words when it comes to describing the taste of each ingredient, all I can say is, if you are a regular in fine dining places, Fusion is a must visit on your list.
