After a hard work, i had to reward myself, Sashimi!!!!I went to this place few blocks away from TST MTR, in where have a spectacular view of the harbour view.I ordered the Seasonal dishes, starting with a dish of Pollock roe, ... decorated with fried Rice spike (稻穗), i though it was just only a decoration but you can eat it, the texture and taste is like pop corn.The 2nd plate was Flounder fish Sashimi, including a salt plate with grapefruit skin in where we have to wrap the fish with a spring

I ordered the Seasonal dishes, starting with a dish of Pollock roe, ... decorated with fried Rice spike (稻穗), i though it was just only a decoration but you can eat it, the texture and taste is like pop corn.
The 2nd plate was Flounder fish Sashimi, including a salt plate with grapefruit skin in where we have to wrap the fish with a spring onion and roll it over on the salt plate, the taste was good because the grapefruit skin salt tablet and the onion match very well with the fish.
the Yellow tail fish was fresh.
The Pacific saury fish cuted into flower like dish, pretty good taste.
Mackerel sashimi
Cut Whelk was very fresh and bouncy
Tuna (Belly part)
Hokkaido Horse Mackerel was soft and a bit slimy.

We also added a grilled Mebaru, with a big clam soup (the clam was very big).
All the Sashimi was very fresh and delicious, the texture of the food and the taste was just perfect. we ate it all.
And at the end we had a lemon sorbet for the final touch of a perfect dinner!
