The food at Harbour Joe is truly impressive. The all-day breakfast set features fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, savory veal sausage and portobello mushrooms, all given a unique inky black color with cuttlefish ink - not your average breakfast.
The holiday set which comes with coffee and their homemade tiramisu for an extra $30. The tiramisu was delicious - rich, creamy, with well-balanced coffee and cocoa flavors.
We ordered the 𝙘𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣 - a beautiful blue and green concoction with layers of coconut milk, butterfly pea, and pandan syrup that blended into a stunning ombre effect. The refreshing, tropical flavors made it the perfect thirst-quencher.
