Not only is the food average, the poor customer service is beyond my comprehension and I am a generally understanding individual. Walking into your restaurant I am looking for a decent meal and I like every other customer is going to pay for it. As you well know, money is not easy come by in Hong Kong. For that very reason your customer service skills should be impeccable. Instead you have decided to be prejudiced to people who do not speak Cantonese and roll your eyes at them. This is pure unadulterated discrimination. I know many staff in Hong Kong are on the rough side with a poor attitude, perhaps due to the harsh living environment, but really that has to be changed. ESPECIALLY if you are a mediocre restaurant with mediocre food.
