It's hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant in HK. Most of them use imitation meat or lots of MSG. Sometimes i feel like eating those processed food and artificial ingredients creates more damage to my body than to eat meat and fatty food.Anyhow, back to Isoya. Anyhow, back to Isoya. We had their 9-course prix fixe menu. They use high quality ingredients, simple cooking method. I like the fact that they use different cooking techniques to prepare each course. I especially like the Stewed Daikon (white radish) and the Sushi Platter. I could really taste the natural flavor and sweetness of the vegetables.
The setting of the restaurant is simple, natural and clean, which goes well with the menu. The service was attentive and friendly.
The only down side is this place is a bit over-priced.
