It has been some time since my last siu mei feast. Siu mei is usually classified as starter instead of main. But as a siu mei lover, I am more than happy to have a feast with just siu mei. If you ever visit Kam Centre, you might also want to have a full table of siu mei for the meal. The char siu here is legendary, arguably the best I have ever tried. Their appearance has significant difference compared with majority already. They used the “First Cut 第一刀” of Spanish Iberico pork.

It was the literal first cut for butchering the pig and this cut had the perfect layers of fat and meat ratio (4:6) to me. The meat was unbelievably tender and soft that almost melted in my mouth. The flavour bomb containing pork, fat, honey, char and sauce was heavenly good🤯I totally lost count of how many bowls of rice I have eaten. JUST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE❤️

This was their signature here as you could see from their name. It was perfectly roasted by crispy skin and tender and juicy meat. The sauce was very unique here with strong peanut aroma. Some might prefer the classic one but I am pleased to try it👍🏼

A very surprising one! It was crunchy with no fat inside. It was probably the best texture possible. It was not very loi shui like but taste-wise, it is impeccable😝

Also, tried their 金錢雞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 燒腩仔𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 and鵝油撈麵 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞. Not bad for both and worth a try if you have the stomach!
