I grew up with New York Fries back in Canada, and after moving to HK for a few year NY Fries is one of the thing i missed most about Canada. After knowing that HK will open one i've been waiting for the day it will open. Without any disappointment, NY Fries tasted as good as i expected. I had the poutine since it was my favorite. The fries, gravy and cheese are exactly the same as the ones i had back in canada.
