Thanks to my friend, my parents and I had a wonderful dining experience at a private kitchen. Usually, private kitchens don't provide a menu for the customers. Surprisingly, we were given a 6-course menu through Whatsapp when we made a reservation. Also, we could change the menu if there was something we don't like or eat. When we reached there, the hostess opened the door for us and welcomed us warmly. We were asked if we'd like to have something to drink. I'd ordered an orange juice. When I nearly finished it, I was asked if I'd like some more. This happens to our cream of mushroom soup with truffles too!
I really felt like dining at home.
We were also given a generous amount of warm bread with butter.

Mum's and my first course is duck liver with apple, while dad was having a fresh green salad. The duck liver was in a medium size and is cooked perfectly with a crunchy surface and a soft centre. Together with the apple and the sauce, it was a flawless dish!

Next, we had the cream of mushroom soup with truffle. I loved it - the flavour was fantastic!

Mum and I had a baked abalone, while dad was having his baked lobster. The abalone was well-seasoned. However, its centre was a bit too chewy...

After a while, we were given a sorbet (lemon flavour). It was like having an ice-cream rather than a sorbet.
However, it did help refresh my mouth and ready for the next course.

For the main course, I had a Wagyu M6 rib eye steak and my parents had a seabass provencale. I had my steak medium-well so it was a little bit chewy at some parts. Overall, it was well-cooked and served.

The seabass pleased my parents very much. Though it was well-done, it was reasonably tender!

Later, we had a dark chocolate cake. It was delicious though my parents found it a bit too sweet.

Other Info. : The owner has two cute poodles - Boss and Moon. They are welcoming and very friendly with human. After our diner, we played and had photos with them. It was a great pleasure to meet them!
