We ordered a starter, two main dishes and a dessert.

Starter: Mixed Salad
Made with mixed veggies and sweet-and-sour dressing, this salad gave us a fresh start. While the pomegranate arils enhanced the freshness of the salad, the crispy little “biscuit” added more textures to it.

Main Course 1: Chicken Tajine
Tajine is a Moroccan dish consisting of meat, fruit, vegetables, and spices that are cooked together very slowly. The chicken thighs were tender and well-seasoned and the creamy sauce with a touch of coconut went absolutely well with vermicelli rice.

Main Course 2: Pan-fried Salmon
The doneness of the salmon was about right and the skin was super crispy. The silky and smooth potato mash and spiced sauce were definitely “value-added” to the dish!

Dessert: Rice pudding
Although this dessert was rich in flavour as it was made with rice and milk, it was not as heavy as expected and it tasted so superb that we ate it up. It was served with honey, fried fruit and nuts, which could add layers of flavours and textures to it. Another point to add is that the sweetness of this dessert was about right (maybe the recipe has been localised and modified, I guess
).

Apart from dining, you may also simply get a drink and enjoy the live band music in the evening with your loved ones in this extraordinarily beautiful restaurant. A great place for dining and chilling out after work!
