With a 4/10 score on a local food review site, we knew we were taking a risk with our wallets. But in view of a credit card's recommendation and its given discount, we went ahead and tried. The cold seafood platter was amazingly good, attributed to the very fresh, high quality ingredients. The lobster bisque was exceptional, probably the best in town. Everything went downhill thereafter. A beautiful piece of seabass sacrificed its life in the hands of an inexperience chef. How could anyone serve
who obviously did not know how to cook fish) came to explain how the fish was supposed to be cooked. An unforgivable poor effort for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. Now I understand where the 4/10 comes from. 1 for the sparkling water, 1 for the bread, 1 for the seafood platter and 1 for the lobster bisque. The rest scored 0!
