NINETYs, is one of the award-winning restaurants that I want to visit once in a while. 50% off discount is offered on part of the menu at particular time slots. I am definitely satisfied with my visit. The main I had was sous vide NZ whole sole fish at $268. It seems that it is not a common option in restaurants. I really appreciate how the amount of dressing is just right and all absorbed by the sole pieces. Beware of the bones and talk less during savory.
Extra options at additional cost, but I was happy with the basics.
French Alain Milliat Cabernet Rose Grape Juice 330ml $62
The juice, despite its high price, earns my appreciation. It’s 100% pure grape juice with uniqueness in fluid texture and aromatic complexity. The fine balance between acidity and sugar supports its price.
Boston lobster barley risotto $238
Ordered by my friend and won praise.
