go here for lunch today, ordered 3 set lunch:1) soup of the day : cream escargot soup- another choice was minestrone, so all of us chose this- soup alone itself without going with any bread - soup was creamy and taste of escargot was very gentle, ie very light, but ok2) new zealand top grade steak- ordered almost medium done- tried a little strip from my friend, tender, not bad3) lobster + crabmeat lobster sauce angels hair- portion of angels hair was big and well covered with sufficient sauce-

2) new zealand top grade steak
- ordered almost medium done
- tried a little strip from my friend, tender, not bad
3) lobster + crabmeat lobster sauce angels hair
- portion of angels hair was big and well covered with sufficient sauce
- only 2 small lobsters of big head, small body but in hard shell. so this dish was with too little ingredients. so the portion of the ingredient and the angels hair was not in gd ratio. better to add some vegetables/ scallops/ seafood in order to make the dish full/ rich
4) clams linguine in herbs and white wine sauce
- first the dish came with 3 clams' shells not opened, waiter took it and redone
- though requested linguine to make stiffer, came out the ordinary way and of course no sense of al dente
- clams are sizeable and with generous quantity. very fresh and being cooked just right so they're very tender and tasty
- however better to put less salt when cooking the linguine
5) dessert : chocolate pudding
- served in a very tiny/ miniature souffle bowl
- texture similar to panna cotta
- smooth and very chocolate
- good
6) drinks
- hot coffee : not gd
- hot lemon water : no problem as usual
- hot lemon tea : same, no problem
the service of the waiter was very efficient and gentleman. when i was on the way to washroom, not only shown me the way but also opened the door for me
