22 Ships has reopened with a new contemporary take on Spanish tapa’s. The culinary expertise, attitude and flare is definitely showing. They have been bold and yet very respectful to traditional Spanish tapa’s. The freshest of ingredients imported from japan, Spain and the use of fresh local ingredients like the free range chicken was beautifully used in their dishes.A few words to sum up our experience would be articulate, fresh, heart, homage, tantalising and overall amazing. A few words to sum up our experience would be articulate, fresh, heart, homage, tantalising and overall amazing. To top the night off the palate cleansing lemon sorbet with toasted meringue with superb friendly and intimate service, makes this a restaurant to come back to over and over.
