For a late night dinner, we ended up ordering beef intestines noodle and fish skin. For the beef intestines, if looking at the bowl, there really isn't too much ingredients. However, they did have a lot of noodle, so at the end, it is still very filling. They have a very limited menu. Originally I wanted to have 2 ingredients for my noodle, but adding $7 bucks for a second ingredient .... it doesn't seem to be that worth it.
