To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近年食物價格不斷上升,吃一個茶餐廳早餐除非吃包點,$20樓下已找不到。香港地向來定位稍為高檔,早餐$30-$40左右,選擇多,座位舒適,不失為好選擇。平日金鐘香港地唔易搵位,今天稍為早出門,7時許到達,客人不多,座下便點了麥片餐,包括兩份煎蛋白、多士和熱齋啡。蛋白夠熱、油份不多,是平日水準。麥片加了黎麥,營養提升,口感豐富。多士有點硬,不夠新鮮,扣分。齋啡穩陣,夠香濃。重視食物成品的溫度和質素,顯示服務態度和誠意。除了多士不夠新鮮柔軟,其他很好。希望餐廳留意改善,好留住客人。
