To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Presentation was nice for human food as well.

One is avocado lover - the portion looks like not much at first glance, but it’s actually quite stuffed.

Another is egg benedict. It does not use English muffin as a tradition one does. It tastes more like burger with meat and egg than egg benedict. Taste nice tho.

Dessert is a French toast. Presentation is lovely. Sweetened pear on one side with berries spread around. Cream and syrup soak in bread. Would not expect surprise for a French toast I suppose.

We were sat under the stairway out of the restaurant. The queue was just next to the table. So dinning experience is much affected by where you are sat.
