今次想介紹俾大家嘅係位於灣仔三級歷史建築物的fine dining 餐廳 @aera.hk 🫶🏻 餐廳環境舒適,開放式廚房格局,服務非常好,整體用餐經驗很滿意!🍭Tasting Menu ($1188/ppl)♡Amuse Bouche-Honey Pea / Gardenia / Pear很特別的蜜糖豆梨撻,口感甜甜的,粒粒爆開,幾得意!-Tomato / Basil / Albumen蕃茄湯芝士蛋白脆餅歡的前菜!脆餅咬開後是蕃茄湯味道,很好吃!-Mussel / Panna / Caviar奶凍加入青口及魚子醬,鮮甜,順滑又濃郁,富層次感!♡Starter-Spring Onion / Egg / Corn青洋蔥湯,入面有帶子、粟米、溫泉蛋,口感豐富,溫泉蛋吉穿後蛋香味出,很好吃!♡Bread我非常喜歡的酸種麵包,加入了醬油,麵包外脆內軟,加埋佢哋嘅自家製牛油寶真的超級好吃!♡2nd Starter-Rice / Urchin / Garlic赤子醋飯撈入西梅乾,上面放有北海道新鮮海膽,再加上蜆濃湯泡沫,口感豐富!♡3rd Course-Pattes / Malt / Lemon用
