see the recommandation from openrice and found it rather near my home. the shop is not large, better to try at some atypical time, such as today, i came around 2pm. first thing you need to do is to catch the attention of the handsome shopkeeper. he serves each customer one by one. he told me to wait for 5 minutes while he was serving a lady in front of me. during the 5 minutes, i tried to figure out what the menu is going on.it's easy. first, pick a base. choose any from the four : japanese sush

it's easy. first, pick a base.
choose any from the four : japanese sushi rice / whole grain brown rice / fresh garden salad / organic quioa. if you are the first time, i suggest you to pick japanese sushi rice (1/2) and salad (1/2) . the reason is, if you have the whole bowl of rice, it will be too much. on the other hand, if you only have the sald alone without rice, it will be a waste of the tuna / salmon sauce.

2nd step, choose two flavous.
i would suggest you to pick one tuna and one salmon. it is easy if you don't want to eat spicy. pick aloha special or fresh thai for tuna, then go greek for salmon.

step 3. add sides. if you are the first time. you can skip this. the handsome shopkepper will also ask if you want green onion or red caviar. it's up to you.

the nose of the dish is really good. i ordered fresh thai + go greek. both the salmon and tuna are fresh and tasty. i think the portion is just right with half salad and half rice. also the sushi rice goes well with the salmon / tuna.

one more thing, all the seats are bar-seats. you won't stay too long after finish. mind you, better help cleaning up the bowl and cups, there is a big rubbish bin near the entrance.
