To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Small but nice restaurant in the Mills in Tsuen Wan. They are serving exquisite western cuisine at very affordable prices, their staff were very friendly, the decoration is very nice too. All the items in the grilled spring chicken dish are delicious, kale was cooked to perfection with no bitter taste, the potato is caramelized, and the chicken meat was tender and seasoned well with herbs and garlic. The steak was great too, cooked to perfect medium rare and texture was tender, it wasn't very juicy but the beef flavours were really rich. Today, I was fortunate enough to run into Dear Jane's lead vocalist, his wife and daughter, they were super friendly, sorry off track. Anyways this restaurant is definitely worth a visit, I would give it a 5.
