Few weeks ago, I went to this Michelin 3 star restaurant with my mom. The service was fine. The waiters were constantly gossiping and weren’t keeping their eyes on customers. I certainly expected better service from them. Overall, he food was not bad. The black cod was probably one of best I’ve had, in terms of the quality of the fish and the cooking method. But the sauce was disappointing, it had ruined the dish.
