We each ordered different lunch sets, which included a soup of the day or salad, one main course, dessert and drink.
The soup of the day was Mushroom Soup. Served with a long ladyfinger, the soup was creamy.
For the main course, I chose Pumpkin and Asparagus Risotto. The risotto was prepared with cream sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, pumpkin, asparagus and white wine. It had a rich and grainy consistency.
My colleagues ordered Char Grilled NZ Sirloin Steak, Roast Chicken Tikka with Yoghurt Mint Sauce, Penne Shrimp Alla Marinara and Hawaiian Cheesy Jumbo Hotdog respectively. I didnt really try their dishes, so I cannot comment on the taste. However, I noticed that the sweet potato fries served with the sirloin steak were crispy and well-fried.
The set also included dessert, which was a chocolate brownie. It was not that fudgy compared to other brownies.
.
As a Western resto, the price was reasonable considering that it included soup or salad, a main course, dessert, and a drink. The environment was a bit crowded, but overall we were able to sit comfortably.
