Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Today I was cycling with my friends from Tai Wai to Tai Mei Tuk. This is a lovely cycling route in Hong Kong. Once you get to Tai Mei Tuk you can drop off the bicycle you rented in Tai Wai and then of course, you can have a lovely meal at the village there. We chose this Thai restaurant that is known for their chicken and it was no disappointment. The chicken had just the right amount of flavour and provided great protein for after the workout. Along with the young coconut, you will get a refreshing experience. We had a few other dishes but I wanted to point out the Thai Style Samosas. It had a great presentation and was buttery and flaky. Amazing to have with or without some sauce to dip. We chose the Duck Red Curry for our main sauce. If you're planning to go cycling there, do check out this place for after the ride.
