To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽日同男朋友嚟嘆下午茶，好彩趕得切上海灘主題下午茶嘅尾班車，可以一嚐中西合璧嘅美點。.呢個下午茶包括六種甜點同埋四種鹹點，味道都算中規中矩。甜點對我來講太甜，食到個胃都頂唔順。而且唔係好夠細緻，例如係白朱古力上面嘅上海灘標誌，印到起晒格。鹹點嘅配搭好有心思，食材嘅味道都好夾。可惜唔夠熱，尤其係油封鴨腿漢堡，熱啲一定好好食。叉燒蛋撻都係，凍嘅又唔算好難食，但唔係即焗嘅真係差左啲。.以呢個價錢來講，食物質素差左少少，好彩有靚景搭救。
