To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

只能用「失望」形容! 兩套tea set其中1套少放了兩件甜餅，親友發現，只是補回了事。在online order時已講明是生日慶祝，亦比左生日者的名字，最後酒店完全沒有表示？之前亦有 request window seat， 早上致電問能否確認，回應是今天客人較多，只能被放到waiting list, 到埗入坐至離開，都大约只有3、4成入座率，亦有窗边空枱，是客人no show 還是什麼原因？一直不太歡酒店high tea/buffet, 但Ritz Carlton應該可試一次吧？給果是在Cafe 103 找不到喜愛食物，原味scone可以的，其它就只能說是平淡一般的一餐，全沒驚喜!
