I have always wanted to try the afternoon tea sets at Wing's catering because it incorporates their signature chicken steaks and lotus root pork patties into Western style.There are two choices: a burger or a croissant set.The burger has the lotus root pork patty inside which is a perfect because the patty is shaped like a burger anyway and because it would taste nice in a burger.The other set was the chicken steak in the croissant and the long shape of the steaks fits perfectly in between the c

I was looking forward to eating both because they were both quite different.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Lotus root pork patty burger:
The burger was really nice, it even had the usual lettuce and tomato, however I would prefer tomato ketchup sauce and not salad cream.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Chicken steak croissant:
The chicken was as good as usual, and the MSG was lighter than usual but it tasted nice with the mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce, however the croissant was stale, and it was so stale that after it was toasted the whole croissant was rock hard.If it was a fresh croissant the centre should be slightly soft.
