Again放題之《喜多嬉牡蠣屋》較早前食過一次,已經念念不忘,因為生蠔串燒放題以黎,$538真係唔算貴,,生蠔 / 焗蠔 / 串燒任君選擇,生啤放題$58 / 位,餐廳座位之間有距離,傾計都唔怕比人聽到,環境舒服,燈光氛暗有氣氛,時令海鮮湯:味道清清地,蝦肉鮮味,海鮮湯有熱壺keep到溫度,好貼心。喜多嬉時令懷石八品:職員介紹食法,由味道淡開始起食,擺盤十分精緻,一定要打卡打相先,梅子漬車厘茄味道清新,青瓜漬爽口,刺身係帶子同三文魚,刺身好新鮮,燒鰻魚好香口,吞拿魚蓉入口即溶,龍蝦肉羮,口感有點大菜膏。生蠔:有六種口味,原味、蔥花、昆布漬、雞尾酒汁、柚子啫哩、辣椒蘿蔔蓉。生蠔唔算好大隻,但好新鮮,我比較欣賞既係柚子啫哩、昆布漬,味道幾特別。串燒:款式選擇多,各樣都燒得唔錯,唔會燒到燶哂同黑邊,雞腎好爽口,翠肉瓜同秋都好清甜,串燒order左幾round。牡蠣手廷烏冬:份量細細碗,烏冬口感彈牙,烏冬湯底有蠔仔,味道鮮甜。甜品:係柚子芝士蛋糕,味道甜甜地,好岩女士們。總結,環境好適合傾計,食物有質素,職員招呼週到。
