To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

啟德新商場Airside自開幕後都人來人往，商場B1層直達港鐵站，嗰度有間過江龍海南雞飯餐廳：Chatterbox cafe。店內必吃美食首兩位係海南雞飯同喇沙。文華海南雞飯（$138）作為新加坡國菜，Chatterbox cafe的文華海南雞飯係店內人氣菜式，呢度嘅海南雞飯嫩滑可口，雞皮爽滑，隨飯一齊上菜嘅醬汁共有三款：黑醬汁、薑蓉及辣椒醬。油飯香而不膩。招牌大蝦喇沙（$178）喇沙的靈魂在於香濃湯底，蝦味、咖哩味及椰香要取得平衡，濃厚又不可過膩，chatterbox cafe喇沙的配料如大蝦夠新鮮彈牙，麵條亦掛湯。
