To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Airside係東九龍區一個新嘅商場，亦都係一個寵物友善商場。但由於食環署保守嘅條例，唔係間間食肆都可以入得。Anyway今日冇帶隻女出嚟，所以就去咗一間食星加坡嘢嘅餐廳試一試。餐廳裝修都好整潔，乾乾淨淨。 食物價錢唔算太平民化，今晚叫咗三款嘢試吓。餐廳有啲特色飲品，喜歡嘅可以一試！星洲海鮮炒貴刁有大蝦，帶子，魷魚，醬汁都唔錯，係用黑醬油炒成！做到新加坡風味！白胡椒肉骨茶配麵線 麵線都算煮得腍， 豬肉都係厚切， 如果個湯可以胡椒味重啲就好啦，我嫌佢唔夠胡椒味重！招牌雞肉喇沙湯夠濃，落足料，雞夠哂多，但雞煮熟啲會更好，辣味再重啲會更加好！
