見到menu有好多清酒、燒酒、梅酒俾客人選擇,唔飲酒嘅話選擇係少啲,但蘋果梳打一啲都唔hea! 好清甜,解渴消暑一流🙌🏻

依個拼盤包括7款刺身: 大拖羅、鰹魚、池魚、間白、鯛魚、左口、魷魚🐟 好靚嘅擺盤,影咗好耐相先捨得食!! 唔止靚,每塊都超鮮甜😋 最喜歡極肥美嘅大拖羅,脂肪分佈好似雪花一樣,富天然魚油脂嘅甘香,入口即化,超級正!!

雞湯卡邦尼拌烏冬 $88
嘩嘩嘩係我最愛嘅卡邦尼拌烏冬,真係睇見都流口水啦!! 每條煙韌嘅烏冬都沾滿濃厚嘅卡邦尼汁,仲有流心蛋,撈埋一齊食真係💯

肉厚活3年帆立貝 $138
依款肉厚活3年帆立貝用小火溫著,除左打卡一流,新鮮嘅北海道帆立貝喺相機拍攝時慢慢煮至熟透🔥食落真係超鮮甜,口感一流,連帶子邊都好好食👍

銀鱈魚西京燒 $138
本身唔太鍾意食魚嘅我,對住依道銀鱈魚西京燒都搶住食🫢 一片片嘅魚肉,證明銀鱈魚好新鮮,滿口魚油脂嘅甘香,唧埋檸檬🍋汁更感清新!!

雞蛋布甸 $38
豆奶布甸 $38
最後又點少得甜品🍮 Akoya嘅布甸係自家製,諗左好耐試雞蛋布甸定豆奶布甸😛 Why not both? 布甸好幼滑又充滿蛋香,焦糖超濃郁不過相對較甜🙂 唔想食太甜嘅絕對要試豆奶布甸,原來豆奶用黎整布甸係咁夾,下次一於係屋企試下整💪🏻
