位於寶勒巷 Akoya居酒屋🏮,裝修嘅時尚又保留傳統居酒屋風格,坐位寬敞舒適,係最岩同朋友坐下食下傾下聚腳地。先點沙律🥗同前餐前小食🥗沙律菜清新爽脆,個汁醋酸味適中,好開胃前菜。🥢明太子煎蛋卷,蛋卷睇倒已經覺得好滑溜,切開見倒好多明太子爆出來,入口明太子帶咸香跟玉子蛋香互相呼應,整體味道配合得唔錯。🥢海膽汁燒蠔,來自北海道嘅珍蠔,細細粒肉質肥美,口感creamy,入口散發蠔香;配合埋海膽汁,令鮮味提升。🥢刺身拼盤7點盛,刺身厚切,色澤鮮艷,尚算肥美;油甘魚我最鍾意,油花均勻,非常厚實滑嫩;甜蝦鮮甜,𡁻至起膠更加鮮甜。🥢豚軟骨蔥鹽汁燒,豚軟骨室煮至淋滑,軟骨部份熟至起膠狀態;拌菜嘅紫洋蔥同椰菜可以清新番口腔嘅油膩感。🍙明太子牛油燒飯團,飯圈外圍燒至微燶,味道極似食煲仔飯嘅飯蕉,非常蕉香又脆口,內埋軟糯。
