Just love the way how this parisien bistro @bouillonhk is all about simple, classic bistro fare. It was exactly like those casual bistros you see on every street corner in Paris 🇫🇷 French oysters 🦪 You cannot go wrong with well-executed oysters as the starter, some good white wine and the relaxing vibe.Escargots 🐌 soaked in soothing garlic butter, but coming in deshelled kinda ruined the fun.Beef tartare 🥩 perfectly put together in the classic and delicious way.Wagyu M7 Beef Striploin 🐂 🔥 scrump
