To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳統的英式早餐,最開心係款式多,而每樣都可以試下,見到已經令人好開心,食完之後,會令人當日好滿足。食物方面,早餐係standard 的食材。反而,我想講一講塊煙肉,他們用的是正宗英式早餐ham,特點是厚身肉多同少肥膏。而呢到早餐,最主要是enjoy個環境。不過,$128一份早餐,其實一點也不便宜,連drink都冇,真係有D令人失望。因為我個人認為,英式早餐另一個特色係好多嘢飲。餐前的果汁和餐後的咖啡,都是不可或缺的。
