To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次在茶餐廳吃全日早餐All Day Breakfast，要是我人生第一次。紅雞早餐，全日供應，即叫即做，當然要等一下。All Day Breakfast 有自家製牛肉漢堡扒，肉質上乘，豬肉腸，脆煙肉兩大塊煎得很脆，茄汁豆放上匙羹上，很有心思，雜菜沙律，鮮奶炒滑蛋香滑，薯餅比麥記更厚更脆，還有我愛吃的丹麥多士，非常豐盛。今日可以skip lunch!我的熱奶茶，茶濃奶滑，正宗港式奶茶，冇得輸。朋友點了辣味沙嗲牛肉米，份量很大。她的火腿多士，多士烘得很有水準。鮮奶炒滑蛋，很香滑。凍奶茶，絕對冇得輸。
