Since my colleague and I need to work OT tonight, we decided to go nearby for a quick dinner before going back to office. Fried dough in rice roll - Fried dough was crispy and rice roll was made on the spot, served hot. Rice roll was steamed till soft and smooth.
Congee with dried oysters and minced beef - Congee was cooked till soft and smooth, flavourful as well as it absorbed the essence of dried oysters. Dried oysters were chewy and smooth.
