To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然叫紅館，但間舖既裝修好低調，門面係吧枱，但入到去basement係好有feel既二人/四人枱♥️燈光、玻璃、紙巾、水樽全部都係🔴色為主，影相幾靚😆食物都好有質素，法國菜黎講算好抵食！叫左chef salad 🥗 黑松露飯、燒春雞，仲有煮青口，全部都好有水準😋沙律酸酸地幾開胃，不過啲面包粒太硬🙁黑松露飯好香，芝士仲拉到絲😍燒春雞好大件，無骨好抵讚，啖啖肉，肉汁juicy但個皮仲係脆既👍青口份量多，啲湯點餐包好惹味😋最後叫左兩個甜品，芒果同士多啤梨味既拿破侖😍🥰不得了，好脆，吉士唔會好甜好膩，配埋水果，完美～埋單唔洗一千，真係唔錯👍
