To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野，係幾年前，無咩人識無咩人食既時候開始食到宜家，每次都會點重覆野食，口水雞，鐘水餃，擔擔面係我至至至愛！仲有小食青瓜，蓮藕正正正。但食左咁多年，都係第一次食佢lunch set *招牌套餐* 抵食指數100分！當中包括有一配酸辣粉，小食青瓜、雲耳同毛肚（牛柏葉）、同保括甜品同一杯$20飲品。$106黎講真係好豐富，份量好充足，一次過食到多款小食。未食過呢間既朋友仔，極力推食呢間，一次過可以試到焦點小食。
